Casey Anthony

On Sunday an Orange County Sheriff announced that they have missed an piece of potential evidence that someone in her home used the internet Mozilla Firefox browser for “fool-proof” suffocation methods on the day the two-year-old, Caylee, was last alive.  The person who made the query misspelled suffocation, entering the term “fool-proof suffication” instead of “suffocation,” and subsequently clicked on an article relating to suicide, which discussed methods such as taking poison and putting a bag over one’s head.

Do you think that there should be a retrial to her case or the sheriff should have done their job better?http://www.knuj.net/2012/11/casey-anthony-case-pivotal-evidence-overlooked/

Cyber Week

Internet sales jumped 30.3 percent on Cyber Monday, making it the biggest online shopping day ever, according to IBM. Besides the 30.3 percent increase from Cyber Monday of 2011, total online sales were up more than 36 percent from this year's Black Friday. This is just the beginning because some of the larger companies are starting the very first cyber week including Walmart and Best Buy. After the major sales that went down on black Friday and cyber Monday that had sales of more than a billion dollars in sales do we really need a full week to buy more? With our country going through a depression should we be buying things that we really don't need?

Presidential Voting
by: Samuel Graham

Many of the electronic voting polls on the east coast are still not operational because of hurricane sandy. This has caused many places on the east coast to use older voting systems which in the past has caused some disagreement on how accurate the final results are. It seems like the last two elections there has been some problems with the election process and I felt pretty good about the electronic voting system they have in place this year but in those east coast wont be able to use these systems. Do you like the idea of using out of date voting systems or should they allow people on the east coast a few more days to vote?

NBA

As the NBA season starts to begin many teams have upgraded from the season before and some have even lost key players.  One team that has gotten much better was the Lakers who acquired the most dominant center in the game right now in Dwight Howard. And one team i think that might have hurt their stock was the Oklahoma City Thunder when they let James Harden go.  Also the Miami Heat have gotten a little better with the adding for Ray Allen and Rashard Lewis. For the 2012-2013 season who do you think the team to beat would be?  also don't forget about the Bulls, Spurs, Mavericks, Celtics, and Clippers.
